Dear Valued Investor,

We write to inform you about the issuance of the Third Supplemental Master Prospectus in relation to the following funds:

Kenanga IncomeEXTRA Fund, Kenanga EquityEXTRA Fund, Kenanga BondEXTRA Fund, Kenanga MoneyEXTRA Fund, Kenanga DividendEXTRA Fund, Kenanga TacticalEXTRA Fund, Kenanga Consumer and Leisure Asia Fund, Kenanga Liquidity Fund, Kenanga Global Growth Fund, Kenanga SyariahEXTRA Fund, Kenanga Amanah Saham Wanita and Kenanga ASnitaBOND Fund (collectively, the “Funds”).

We have submitted an application to register the Third Supplemental Master Prospectus in relation to the Funds to the Securities Commission Malaysia (“SC”) on 31 May 2023 and the same has been registered by the SC on 8 August 2023.

The significant changes to the Funds will take effect on 15 September 2023 and would involve changes to the redemption proceeds pay-out period and the asset allocation of Kenanga EquityEXTRA Fund, as well as the inclusion of suspension of repurchase risk, liquidity risk management policy and the suspension of dealing in units. 

If you have invested in the Funds between 31 May 2023 to 15 September 2023, a copy of the Third Supplemental Master Prospectus is enclosed herewith for your reference. If you are of the view that the changes made in the Third Supplemental Master Prospectus would have affected your decision to invest in the Funds, you are entitled to withdraw your subscription application and your units will be redeemed at the original investment amount (inclusive of the sales charge, if any). 

Should you wish to withdraw your subscription application, please contact Kenanga Investor Services. You are required to submit the Notification Letter dated 26 October 2023 together with the Transaction Form by 15 November 2023. If we do not hear from you by that date, we will assume that you intend to remain invested in the Funds.
