We write to inform you about the issuance of the First Supplemental Master Prospectus dated 29 September 2023 (“First Supplemental Master Prospectus”) in relation to the Kenanga Global Dividend Fund and Kenanga Global Opportunities Fund (collectively, the “Funds”).

We have submitted an application to register the First Supplemental Master Prospectus in relation to the Funds to the Securities Commission Malaysia (“SC”) on 31 May 2023 and the same has been registered by the SC on 30 August 2023.

The significant changes to the Funds will take effect on 29 September 2023 and would involve updates to the information of the target funds, the management company and investment manager of the target funds pursuant to the issuance of the target fund’s prospectus dated 6 March 2023, and changes to the redemption proceeds pay-out period. Additional disclosures have also been made in the First SMP pertaining to the suspension of redemption risk, as well as the inclusion of the liquidity risk management policy and the suspension of dealing in units.

If you have invested in the Funds between 31 May 2023 to 29 September 2023, a copy of the First Supplemental Master Prospectus is enclosed herewith for your reference. If you are of the view that the changes made in the First Supplemental Master Prospectus would have affected your decision to invest in the Fund, you are entitled to withdraw your subscription application and your units will be redeemed at the original investment amount (inclusive of the sales charge, if any).

Should you wish to withdraw your subscription application, please contact Kenanga Investor Services. You are required to submit the Notification Letter dated 26 October 2023 together with the Transaction Form by 15 November 2023. If we do not hear from you by that date, we shall assume that you intend to remain invested in the Fund.
