We write to inform you about the issuance of the First Supplemental Disclosure Document in relation to the OnePRS Scheme which consists of Kenanga OnePRS Conservative Fund, Kenanga OnePRS Moderate Fund, Kenanga OnePRS Growth Fund, and Kenanga OnePRS Shariah Equity Fund, (collectively, the “Funds”).

We have submitted an application to register the First Supplemental Disclosure Document in relation to the Funds to the Securities Commission Malaysia (“SC”) on 29 August 2023 and the same has been registered by the SC on 15 September 2023.

The significant changes to the Scheme involve changes to the redemption proceeds pay-out period and asset allocation for Kenanga OnePRS Shariah Equity Fund, as well as the inclusion of suspension of redemption risk, the liquidity risk management policy, the suspension of dealing in units and the redemption policy of the target fund for Kenanga OnePRS Shariah Equity Fund. The details of these changes are further explained in the accompanying attachment effective from 31 August 2023.

If you have invested in the Funds between 11 August 2023 to 29 September 2023, a copy of the First Supplemental Disclosure Document is enclosed herewith for your reference. If you are of the view that the changes made in the First Supplemental Disclosure Document would have affected your decision to invest in the Funds, you are entitled to withdraw your subscription application and your units will be redeemed at the original investment amount (inclusive of the sales charge, if any).

Should you wish to withdraw your subscription application, please contact Kenanga Investor Services. You are required to submit the Notification Letter dated 26 October 2023 together with the Transaction Form by 15 November 2023. If we do not hear from you by that date, we shall assume that you intend to remain invested in the Funds.
