We are pleased to inform you of the changes in relation to the Fund that will be effective from 22 August 2023 onwards.

The changes include the insertion of the suspension of redemption risk, the insertion of the liquidity risk management policy, the insertion of the suspension of dealing in units, the change in the redemption proceeds pay-out period, and the issuance of the First Supplemental Deed dated 16 February 2023 in relation to the Fund.

These changes will be reflected in the First Supplemental Prospectus, which has been registered with the Securities Commission Malaysia on 3 July 2023. You are advised to read and understand the First Supplemental Prospectus, which you can obtain from our website at www.kenangainvestors.com.my from 22 August 2023 onwards.
